MySQL not found or incompatible

Question

Posted

I open this new thread because the old threads are that, old.

The classic mySQL has been deleted from the linux repositories and I can only download one of the next, depending on the OS:

  • 10.1.37-MariaDB-0+deb9u1 Raspbian 9.0 - For Raspbian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch)
  • 15.1 Distrib 10.4.8-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1 - For Centos 6 x86_64

There's any repositories to allow me to download an old version of the mySQL? Or.... at least, any way to use the ne versions of mySQL?

Thank you.

Thank you for you answer, yes, this is one of the guides that I have tried.

sudo yum install mariadb mariadb-devel mariadb-server pcre-devel zlib-devel git

Installs the lastest version of MariaDB, and seems to be not longer compatible with rAthena.

I will continue looking for a way to solve this proble,.

ive been installing a few times using centos 7 and mysql + mysql devel and it works.
