Elemental Converters

I have a problem, I can use 4 elemental converters at a time.

How to fix this? I want 1 converters only.

How do I fix this?  It is possible to use elemental converters at the same time should only one converter be used?  They are together at the same time.

the easy way is add a sc_end SC_PROP for all the elements before the SC_START at item_db.
