decrease new password characters

hi, I wanted to ask if it was possible to change the characters of the password that sends the fluxcp after having reset the password.
example received email:

myRO Control Panel: Password Has Been Reset
Here are the details outlining your new password.
Account: myusername
New Password: uuXinoRFfNPFg22a

maybe decrease the characters .... 16 are too many!
