How - Creating Client?

Hello there follow rAthenians! 
I have manage to create the server-side but yet still struggle to create an actually playable client to play on my server. Been struggling alot   

 

I have download kRO Full Client 2019 06 19 from the forum which i currently will use. 
Question: How do i patch/diff/use NEMO to create an playable Client for my Server?

Have hexed compatible with your version and use NEMO.

Use the recommended options and then select the options you like.

Repeat if I helped you :)

Best Version actually : 20180620 , for me.

Well i get the whole NEMO part and thanks for the link!  But the problem now lacks in, having hexed client with my version of the client. 

I dont know how to get it hexed as you wrote.

Just wondering. Everyone says you suppose to Download the Official KRO, update both patches, add the opensetup to the folder, Drop the ~translations~ and make your diff using this 20180620 + nemo 4144.

Question is: How do I fix my client not going past the login screen?

Where can I download the right version that matches the 20180620? Do I need anything else?

I can see on server logs I'm connecting but on the client it says failed to connect. Also I can see the account on my mySQL database.

Open src/custom/defines_pre.hpp

Below "#define CONFIG_CUSTOM_DEFINES_PRE_HPP", add this line: "#define PACKETVER 20151104" but with your hexed date (I am using a 2015-11-04 client).
Recompile.
