Updating rAthena

Hi,

How can I update rAthena's emulator files without losing my changes, like rates, item_db, mob_db, etc...?

I'm using a VPS, which can be accessed through WinSCP.

I tried to search around the forum, but I could not find a solution for that.

Im sorry, but what git command should I use? I did not understand what do use exacly...
