Maintenance Modus

Hello Guys,

when i change in the char_conf the line: char_maintenance from 0 to 1, then it has no effect.

how i can take this to on and all players see the message by the login, that the server is in Maintenance.

i have found lots of posts but all this posts are very old and not work in the newest rAthena now. 

And my other Question is, how can i change the Server workload at the Server List? After 3 Players showes the Server workload High / Busy but this is not real.

can me someone help here?

You also need to change this one so players cant login but admin can

// Set to 0 to disable users to log-in. (-1 means unlimited)
max_connect_user: -1

it should be this 
 

// Minimum account group id required to connect to server.
// Will not function if group_id_to_connect config is enabled.
// -1: disabled
// 0 or more: group id
min_group_id_to_connect: -1

change to 1 or 99
