i looking for npc for make upgrade item but not available in rathena 

Upg Mail [1]   [Body]   Item ID# 15020 (Upg_Mail)    need someone to show me that npc located because i try to find it but not found

You have to manually code it. Stojan I think is a custom NPC for revo-classic.
