I want locally host my own server (not sure if this goes here)

Hey so I have a few friends interested in finally playing RO, however I want to host the server at a higher rate rather than the official.

ive tried to set up my own and it seemingly is harder than I remember. Anyone willing to help me make it work (will pay for help)
