increase hair and dye limit

we know that nemo has been inactive for quite sometime in updating diffs, thats why some of patches isnt working on newer supported clients... what i need to ask is , is there any way to increase hair and dye limit just by hexing the client.. what should i look for and what to modify or are there any alternatives to make this work

@Secrets was the one far closer to getting that on 2017 clients, but so far, no one else had success on increasing the hairstyle limit on such hexeds.
