Baby summoner/expanded exe requirement?

Hi guys

 

I'm trying to put baby summoner and baby expanded classes in my server, I'm using rA and 20160203 exe

I read you need 20161207 or above to have this. (I guess without having the need of 'add a custom job' procedure)

 

My question is, how much of this information is true?

20160203 is doing pretty well for me so far, but does anyone have a stable 20161207 or above Exe for me to test?
