How to apply manual diff file to src

Guys, can you teach me how can I apply the diff file to an src file. I downloaded a hansip protection diff file.

use tortoise svn, after download and install the apps, right click on your rathena, after that doing like this

What do you mean "right click on rathena"?  sorry, newbie :(

I downloaded that diff file. and idk to what src file should I apply it.
