1:1 Chat- Can't get rid of Pop-Up

Hello! As the topic says, I am trying to get rid of the pop-up 1:1 chat, and would prefer to have a normal message be sent in the message boxes. 

Unfortunately, when I go to my friends list and click the 1:1 chat button, the Pop-up with the checked boxes does not appear. I had another GM try it out for me as well and they don't see to have the same issue. We're not quite sure why only my accounts have that issue.

 

Does anyone have any clues as to why it won't work? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Alt+H -> Friend List

^ Click the Magnifier at the bottom.

^ Disable the check boxes.
