Problems with Thor Patcher

I'm currently using Thor 2.6.4.8 and some players simple can't open the client after finishing updating. I would like to know what's the best version to use Thor Patcher right now.

they need to run it as administrator

for me im using Thor_Patcher[2.6.4.13b] no problem
