Question

Hello there! I'm Dimaryp and I've been playing Ragnarok since the weeeee-old days of vanilla RO. I have been hosting private servers for many different games in the past (World of Warcraft, Minecraft, City of Heroes, etc.) so I have some experience in the hosting department. However, I am new to Ragnarok Hosting and am looking to get into it. I have browsed through several of the forums here on how to install the server, but am having trouble with a couple of things. First off, I would like to be able to host my server for friends (hopefully with a dedicated server) but have not found any reliable server hosting sites online (been looking for several days now). I do not want to use Hamachi or my own computer to host for security and ease of access reasons. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, I am new to patching as well. Is it easy to update your server with new maps/items without your players jumping through hoops every time I add something?

Thanks in advance for all your help!
~Dim

Thank you for the information, luckily RagnaHosting has a new owner and I received customer service in a matter of minutes. My server is up and running and fulling configurable. Just need to do some fine tuning now. :)

The "new" owner doesn't have enough time to even edit the old, bad-reputation owner it seems.

well.. new owners nows should be more than enough in confidence... by seing the list... it should not bring any doubts anymore to use this hosting services provider...
