WoE Restriction

1 - how do i prevent a guild that is using blank emblem from entering the castle

2 - how do i prevent them from changing the emblem to blank emblem inside the castle

If there is no way to do this 2 things..is there any specific command that allowed me to remove / warp the whole guild for punishment purpose ???
