Hello everyone!
I ran into the problem of registering!  Help please understand the problem?

Problem with account registration
Birthdate field must not be empty, Format for Birthdate is YYYY-MM-DD

Used Green FluxCP theme v1

Are you using latest fluxcp? 

Most of the old themes  not compatible  with latest fluxcp

Perhaps this thread might help you
