land protector not blocking lord of vermilion

Protector of Land not blocking Lord of Vermilion conjured by MVP. 

How to solve this?

Does land protector block lord of vermillion from players? Also, can you post the line on the skill_db.txt of the Lord of Vermillion Skill?
