Custom Card Effect

Can somebody please help me with this?

I want  Atroce  card to be this effect:

Evety time you attack small chance to cause damage and a 3 cell knockback effect to all enemies within 5 x 5(PBAoE) cell around you

I want  Dracula card to be this effect:

when physically attacking an area  5 x 5 will get hit for 100% damage while you regain 100% damage worth of hp
