Automatic Server Restarter for Debian

Hello, lately my map server has been crashing randomly (crash signal) and while I look at the problem I would like an automated script to restart the server, we use Debian 7 

Already Tried this one "/bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory" maybe Im doing something wrong... tnx for the help

Change #!bin/bash to #!bin/sh

Ty for the help, I used the comand 

sed -i -e 's/\r$//'

 

apparently it had windows characters...
