Izlude Map Dark? NPC out of place

My NPC in Izlude is dark and also npc out of place and no warp in buildings im using 2015 11 04 svn

Check

npc\scripts_athena.conf

npc\scripts_warps.conf

npc\re\scripts_athena.conf

npc\re\scripts_warps.conf

npc\pre-re\scripts_athena.conf

npc\pre-re\scripts_warps.conf

for Enable / Disable scripts.

Q. My NPC in Izlude is dark

A. Because your map is dark ( Lighting, Fog ) .

Q. and also npc out of place

A. Set it back to place you can walk by /where .

Q. and no warp in buildings im using 2015 11 04 svn

A. Load lastest rAthena from here : https://github.com/rathena/rathena and replace your izlude warp script.

i cant find those script of npc .

It's located on

Server Folder > npc > warp > find izlude

Server Folder > npc > re > warp > find izlude

Server Folder > npc > pre-re > warp > find izlude

i cant really find or enable the warps . when i add warp script of izlude in my conf file it not work

That's mean you need to edit warp for your self, Or find some old izlude warp scripts.

how to know if renewal ro pre-re is working on my npc? 

i check the renewal script of izlude and mora , mora script is running but when i teleport on what coordinates of script in izlude theres nothing in there

And check disable or enable thing here.

so my script is renewal enable . but the script of all renewal is working except the izlude . if i adjust the coordinates it doesnt work either even if im done reloading script

your izlude Map Is Old, and the NPC is renewal based

If you want to keep use that izlude map(old theme)
the only way is back up your renewal izlude NPC, and then manualy edit the coordinat of each NPC.

Or if you want renewal izlude NPC , just change your map (izlude.gnd, .rsw, .gat) to newest izlude map
