Im wondering i want to upload a patch using the patcher..
Example:
I want to add a custom map.
I put the rsw git gat files in a folder called data.
These files get merged into the data folder of my ro.
But if i want to add something inside a text file like the mapname table.
Lets say i want to add
Testmap to the napname table using a patch
If j make a file called mapname table and only put in
Testmap
Would this get merged into the mapnametable.txt by using a patcher?
Or do i have to put evre info located in the original mapnametable
And then enter testmap so you get like
Pronterra
Aldabaran
Morroc
Testmap
... okay the question is.. if i make a patch by grf do i only add in the new stuff that i want to add in an empty txt file so that this get merged with the existing files or do i have to put the new stuff into the existing file for it to be overwritten with the patcher
