AftercastDelay Problems

hii goodeve/aftie and morning to all ...

i do have a problem regarding aftercastdelay...

my server is lvl 255/120 with 300stats..

i adjusted kiel's effect to 15%...

i tried almost everything to figure it out myself but my goals wasn't reached..

my goal is .. @ 4Kiel cards it should be nodelay.. (4kiel on champ after asura then hyperspirit-fury-hyperspirit then click asura server says skill has failed..

so i cant spam asura .. idunno how to fix this on "skill_cast_db"

and without kiel.. it should be decent aftercast delay.. i mean it still spammable but with delay.. 

can you help me ??

i do want a delay that is similar to VanRO thanks

It wouldn't say "Skill has failed" if you still had aftercast delay. Doesn't it say that because you have no Spirit Sphere or are not in Fury Mode when trying to use it again?

If you want a no delay with 4 cards you should put 25% reduction per card.
