Buggy Izlude map for new character

Hello!

 

I've just noticed that by default completely new character is spawned in buggy Izlude map. It's not possbile to move there. Does anyone know whats the problem? Can I change this map to another one, for example spawn new char in Pronter?

 

P. S. I'm completely new in rAthena. Sorry for probably stupid question.
