Bug Drop Rate MVP

Hello, I downloaded the eAthena master today in git, but noticed that the MVP drops station buggy

My code drops.conf:

Now, the result in the game..

MVP Monster: (The card should be 2%)

Resolved, thank you, changed the item_drop_add_min value and it worked
