I'm using 2015-05-13 client and patching it with NEMO

 

there's no force arial there but i tried to use custom font but still the same

i hope there's a fix on this because some players use w7 and some w10 

 

i changed langtype from 0 to 1 and it works.. but i think it will be different on w7 perspective

Maybe try to diff it with use custom font and change the font size. The one that will be better for both w7 and w10.

I think it also works on win7 users? I tried changing lang type in my win7 OS. It turned back to default size.

Yeah. But what if he doesn't want to change his langtype. Maybe just request it on neomind to include a patch for that using nemo.
