That item doesn't exist in official databases, did you implant it correctly?

 

That errors basically tells you that there is no such item in its databse

I have the item I myself add

[Kurofly]

Just checked, it also happens when you don't have that item on you. Maybe you need to unequip the item before deleting it.

Or that may be because of cards, refine or anything. Try to delete different items you have on you or equipped, you'll see
