How to fix bug idun & bragi 3minute

hy my friend after a long time I found a bug in my server

His bugs are 2 job bard can perform bug Idun to another job and the resulting effect duration of Skill Song bard be long enough

I found the same problem in the bug report here

and when I open a web page that says " Server not found"

where I had to find his fix ?
