item effect disappear when reconnecting

Like the topic title says... Item's effect disappear after reconnecting.. 

 

like i have this Mjolnir... I equipped the weapon then after I recon all its effects is GONE!

 

Some item effects are not working..

 

HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE?

Im actually using eAmod. 
 
I tried to wear Mjolnir

That's what's inside item_db.. Now I wear it, the effects was added to my stats.. Then as i recon, all its effects was gone. Like it's just an ordinary item with no script.

 

Then one more thing.
