Crash When Player Die

I've a simple problem, when an user die in my server, my client crash (only the mine, other players doesn't crash never) .

How I can fix it? Any ideas?

might be because of dota sound or any sound loaded while someone die. die with monster is it crash too?

Hmm I'll test, but I think crash only if PVP; have you any ideas how I can fix it?

check your pvp script and remove about any .wav sound thingy like dota.txt or such
