Custom EXP Rates Suddenly Stopped Working

My server has been running without problems for the past few days at a 25x b-exp, 25x j-exp and 10x drop rate.

 

suddenly in the last hour, the rates have all gone back to 1x in-game, even though "@rates" still shows the server set at 25/25/10.  I've checked the conf/battle/exp.conf and it is still set to my 2500 values, so I am at a loss as to what has happened.

 

From the last time the rates were working to the time that it stopped working, nothing has been changed in my server or client settings.

 

Has this ever happened to any of you, and what did you do to fix it?

***Edit***I believe I've recognized the issue.  I think EXP is changing based on how much above or below a mob's level the character is.  Strangely, though, I disabled that feature in the conf.

 

Anyone ever experience that?

if i recall correctly, you need to reload mob db after you changed the rates.
