Resource Problem

I have no idea what is the problem with this please see the picture below.

Well I think I just solved the problem and its not a problem its just a misunderstanding. while switching job I am using for example a spear on lord knight then switch to priest this resource file will pop up because priest dont have sprite for a spear weapon.

The picture explains the issue! You're missing a sprite. It appears to be a weapon. Just not sure which weapon that is.

Yea I wonder why it is happening while using @jobchange command maybe because of the current weapon im using then changing into a different job.
