Dynamic shop using pod that announces the transaction

I saw it on some servers where the npc will announce when a player bought an item on a shop.

 

Can i request a script like that but the item that will be use as currency is pod item id [7179]

 

And in one npc only. Where i can set different menus like Armors, headgears , useables etc.

If it has the announce feature, then why not. I know quest shop has the announce feature. Or you can add the announce yourself, it's quite easy to add.
