please help my friend can't join me

I used to played with my friend on my server then I reinstall My Windows7 from 32 to 64bit then install my server again but now my friend can't join me he have some error

 

 

this error pop up when going to server select menu I'm not sure because windows Firewall or something?

What langtype is setted in clientinfo.xml?

yes we use the same. we used to play together. now my friend he gone so I don't know how to test with myself. I have check on http://www.canyouseeme.org/it show me  Error: I could not see your service on x.x.x.x on port 80

You should login your router and do port fowarding for port 80
