quests_eclage.txt and Encounter in a Strange Land Quest

Regarding the quests_eclage.txt script, and this quest: http://irowiki.org/wiki/Encounter_in_a_Strange_Land

On guide #31, after warping to "ecl_hub01",129,12; there should be some sort of NPC (Closed Entryway) in the area as per the guide on (http://irowiki.org/wiki/Encounter_in_a_Strange_Land) but in rathena script there is nothing. No NPC and no portal.

 

I am using this script which is still the latest eclage script from rathena: https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/npc/re/quests/quests_eclage.txt but it seems there is really no NPC stationed on that area within the rathena script.

 

Is this is a script bug or do I need to follow a different quest guide for this rathena official script?

Oh that's why! I did not have the EclageInterior.txt script. I will load this the next maintenance.
