Thanks @Judas but I already found where to edit it in item_cash_db.txt

if your using SQL feature, then go into your phpmyadmin,

find the item_cash_db or item_cash_db2

hmm..how can I remove this feature?

The cash shop in general? If the icon, then you have to replace it with a transparency, or remove it from the client via hex editor

For anyone wondering how to remove the cash shop icon completely by making it transparent, thus making it impossible to even open it.

 

Open the hex editor of your choice and open the client's exe with it, search for a string "NC_CashShop", replace all the hexadecimals in that string to 00.
