Gerbish texts on some game windows - how to fix

Please help me fix these gerbbish texts on my in game windows.

 

 

 

Some of the texts are still gerbish. I use 20120410 client on kRO Ragnarok.

 

Also can you show me where I could get best complete "pre-renewal" data files with luas for 20120410 client in english?
 

 

Any suggestions?
