Renewal NPC Placements

Guys, I know this might be a stupid question but how do I move these teleporters to to fit the renewal prontera map? Also, alot of NPCs have odd placements and I wanted to fix them myself or if possible it might have been done already? can anyone tell me please?

 

Btw, I am still using 2013-08-07Ragexe (packet 45).

Moving the warp NPC is in the warps/prontera.txt file: https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/npc/warps/cities/prontera.txt

 

Find that specific warp portal's name and move its coordinates to the new spot.
