That 9 on the title bar is a countdown, after pressing OK, X, or after the countdown runs out, the client closes.

This happens if you have OpenKore open before opening the client, or after.

I know RagnaShield but my country can't use their server ( about speed )

Really? I know they have ~12 or so datacenters.
