Question Color Items

Hi, i would like to ask for request how can i make this item that is colored even though there are slotted as far as i test items can be recolored according to each slots, but you will not use the itemslotcounttable.txt

I'm just curios how they did this although this items are slotted..

i think that is more in the .exe configuration

Already set that, as the video stated, how did he do that? i guess it was something client modifications?
