mapflags on sec_in

Someone here know where can i disable this? It isn't on mapflag folders and I want to use this map and let my players teleport there

To ppl want to know that, the damnt mapflags are on:
npc/custom/etc/penal_servitude.txt

check 

/root/trunk/npc/mapflag/nowarpto.txt

/root/trunk/npc/mapflag/nowarp.txt

and delete the mapflag

I know this folders.... Like i said before "It isn't on mapflag folders" I'm not new with this...

if is not there try to check on your script txt's, maybe it's written down sec_in    mapflag     nowarpto.
