PK mode not working

I try to compile the server(rathenaSVN17723) and follow this link.

but it did not work. I think the file src/map/battle.c. something has changed.

File settings conf / battle / misc.conf not have any effect. 

 

Can somebody help me.

i tried it right now using a test server. editing only "pk_mode: 1" and it is working outside town or maybe because you modify the src? try default

 

// PK Server Mode.  Turns entire server pvp(excluding towns). Experience loss is doubled if killed by another player.
// When players hunt monsters over 20 levels higher, they will receive 15% additional exp., and 25% chance of receiving more items.
// There is a nopvp.txt for setting up maps not to have pk on in this mode.  Novices cannot be attacked and cannot attack.

pk_mode: 1

you should try GIT instead of SVN
