Crash but mine ok?

Hello there. I want ask something. Im using windows 8.1 and I can play my server without any problem.

But my friend using windows 8.1, windows 7 and windows xp sp3 cant play.

He got this problem.

How to troubleshoot this problem ?

i think 2012 client. forgot already
