well if you are going to host your ragnarok server in homebase you need higher 4gb ram and quad core i7 or i5 and obviously a fastest internet connection which is you can handle websites and your thor,jikari,neoncube patchers.... but i suggest to you that host on asurahosting or idealhosting or ther hosting company so your server will be maintain 24/7...but its up to you...there is always a cheap hosting company...
