I will investigate this.
I think the administrator of this forum is not telling the whole truth about withdrawals. I know very well how paypal works. It is not normal that requests that are several months old have not yet been processed.
People pay for the creators of the various projects they buy but they don't know that this money never reaches its destination and that Rathena blocks these funds.
Why is that ?
Why limit the amounts?
If I want to make a paypal transfer, I do it as I see fit. Unless they're using our own money?
I take my example, a buyer takes a $20 map from me, Rathena takes a commission. this money is available in an account, this money belongs to me, so I am allowed to withdraw it when I decide. But Rathena doesn't want that. This is theft.
I will bring in some professional people to check all of this out and let the community know.
To be transparent, I raised over $150. It is legitimate that I can recover them. Rathena can't block. Unless this money is to be used for their own person.
I make it clear that I am not making unfounded accusations.
It's a fact, it's not normal. Where is our money?
A buyer on this forum is a customer like on any other commercial website.
Imagine this in real life, you sell something for $10,000 and have your funds blocked for no legal reason.
If I sell for $150, that $150 is mine, not Rathena. I have the right to withdraw them at any time and Rathena cannot refuse it. hence my questions. where is this money? is it to use for their own account?
