found a server called home , everything is good but jst the language im not comfortable with anyone here can help me to change the server language into english?

i have problem that say my .spr is error whenever i tried to summon the monster on abyss3/magma3 my mob_db.txt aegis name and my grf is sync, and i also make sure that my act & spr dont have error still i dont get it why this error is happening i am hope someone that had this problem before and solved it can help me Note: Im using latest client from rathen 20200409

I see few server already implement this but im cant find the script anywhere in the forum, if theres i hope someone can give me the link to it or help me sort this out . Peace - -if player in a party the "improved loot system" automatically takes over. It will check if you're inside an instance, what you're fighting and such. -If the party member that is with the killer has any kind of autoloot active [ Alootid, aloottype, autoloot ] = enable the roll for the specific items that match that category and or all categories ( @autoloot 100 ). Otherwise no extra loot will be generated. -If the party member is an alt of another person of that party (same ip) =No loot will be generated if that person is not a real player. -If the party member is out of range and or over a certain range away =No loot will be generated if its out of range. -If the monster that is killed is specifically told not to share any kind of special loot = No extra loot will be generated in that case. -If the party member is dead = No loot will be generated. -If the party member is not on the same map =No loot will be generated. -So example a marin will drop roughly 3 garlet that are instantly given to the party members. Without autoloot no extra loot will be generated so you'll never see a marin drop xxx items on the floor, at most only the original drop will fall onto the floor In case of an MvP, every loot except for the MvP Card will be rolled through the "improved loot system" in case of an instance and depending on party settings might be shared through the party interface. Otherwise on a normal MvP outside of an instance the loot system will default to basic and no extra loot will be generated.

i followed anacondaq guide on youtube this https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+make+my+own+ragnarok, but when i try to runserver on my rethena emulator the cmd show me this what is the solution ? whaat should i do? im new on this, please give me a simple and easy to digest answer thanks!!
