    Hello, can u please answer a few questions? Can this skills (Tiger Cannon, Dragon Breath, Hell Plant) miss? If TC miss we have dmg 5k-8k only->example( ) And what the effect have sropho card?     Its happen if u use 2x belze, FAW 6 4 7 spells + Vellum Arc Wand (uncast if 1 stats) / TSOD + Skull Cap +5~9 (kk card) + Nid card or Sacra buff (uncast if 1 stats) Question! If u have 1 int/1 dex - u have uncast. But if u use this eq and max stats 130 int/130dex u have cast time~1 sec. Why?
