Is there a script that when a player killed another player in a specific map, the player who gets the kill automatically healed to 100% HP/SP?

Yes how can i bypass the cicada's delay (Even though a player has a kiel, It still gives delay)

How can i make safety wall like this: 5 or 3 Normal / Range Hits = It Removes the safety wall. Thanks
