    Thx Jguy, Brian and all the people involved, for once again, support this project again. I know that all will be better from now.

    But.

    Did I read right? renewal branch only? I wonder if we will have 2 branches, or only ... one?.

    I'm not a server owner anymore, but, I know that a lot of servers still use pre-renewal mechanism

    Maybe we should do something with this. How?

    Well personally, I was thinking to redirect my topics in the old eA, to here. So people that (in my case) wants to use some of my maps, they will have to move here, to have their respective download links, suppport, etc.

    Just an example, I guess script contributors, can do the same.

    About Recent Topics Side Panel

    It is possible to expand the quantity of recent topics on this panel, from 5 to... maybe 10?

    Just asking, since, this board has a lot of activity, and recent topics are posted almost every hour /half an hour.

    Also to BrianL: Please, dont forget when you have the bug tracker working... the panel that shows the recent bug tracker posts and feedback status of each one. Man, that is just too important you know.

    [DL] Market Map

    *** Update, Map Realeased, see below ***

    This is the market map realeased in eA a long ago. It has like 1 thousands of downloads actually tongue.png.

    Map Sketch

    Blue rings, are the areas where merchies will be able to use @autotrade only. (with the needed mapflags).

    Red area, is the respawn or the warp point. There will be unable to use @autotrade as also there I will put tool dealers and such things.

    Black areas are the stands. Blank area between the blue rings are the "passages" where the users will walk trough the merchies.

    So here is the sketch now in the map I did:

    This is an simetric map. I mean, every distance between block per block, is perfectly calculated, so the map is really exact.

    Btw those blue blocks are the areas where they can use @autotrade except the corners obviously (that I need to feel with models, or just with nowalk cell).

    I would apreciate any feedback or suggestions about this simple but useful map that I made.

    I have a google account, since about 5 years. That is my primary email address used in msn, and almost everything.

    Google accounts, are, better than hotmail accounts. Since, with google you have: picassa, google + social network, youtube, android syncs (with my phone), live google docs, ... etc.

    I would really hate to for this to happen again, but I am with all the others... "PLZ" and "THX" are VERY kiddish, when someone can just write please and thanks... (always bugged me)

    Excuse me, but if you forget it, some of us don't speak english as our primary language. Me included.

    But, seing the same thing in a topic, and in one private message, I just lost my mind. as also that this is not the first time that I encounter with things like this (in the past forum)

    Sorry anyway. but plz understand how I felt, with someone that maybe edited my private message without concern of anyone.

    I feel rly embarrased with this topic, but continue reading.

    Yesterday, one guy contacted me by PM (private message) that, he did a fix of one of my free realeased maps. So I replied him with this line:

    "Thx if you wanna share the edited one, send it to me to update the topic"

    This guy replied me, asking me "wtf with your pm?". Why I said?, I checked it, an for my surprise, someone edited MY PRIVATE message. Saying this:

    As you can see in red, it say "IM AN IDIOT" in caphital letters.

    Who doesnt knows, that, only one that can lurk into the SQL database, coulda edit private message? this is not possible in the ADMINISTRATOR CONTROL PANEL of IPB ...so... who is this? go ask yourselfs....

    All I know it is that, Private Messages, are private. A lot of people ask emails, important informations and such things. So this guy, coulda even change the email of someone that requests a payment in a private message with no doubt.... or something rly heavy as that.

    This is the inmaturity people we have in a project like this? Who cares, I will leave instantly of this shit. Excuse me, but I dont trust anyone in this project anymore, since there are childish people lurking into the private messages of all of us, and to tell you the truth, I dont feel secure with this.

    I will post this in eAthena.ws and RMS forums too. People need to know, what is this about.

    And for the one that did this: Dont waste your time changing back what you did. I took a lot of screens allready.

    Just to mention, that screen is from my private message inbox.

    I'm just wondering, how can I get back my donator rank that I had in previous eA? do I have to donate again or something as that? =.=

    Just asking, since a lot of ppl have their ranks back, but dunno anything regarding donator rank.

    So yesterday I was bored LOL, and I gave a though to my previous "prontera" map that I did 2 years ago (maybe more, dont remember exactly)

    offtopic: OMG Melody & Adel, you were rating my maps at that time! LOL I love you both xD

    Awn there are pics of my previous server on there o_O'' but anyway at that time:

    • - didnt know how to do lightmaps
    • - didnt know a shit of gat tittles
    • - didnt know even how to do models eleveations. Those trees were supposed to have leafs.
    • - etc.

    So the map wasnt rly good. But at the time I released it, a lot of guys liked it. Maybe because for those days, the prontera releases werent rly good.

    Anyway, I decided to do a re-edition of my previous Dark Prontera, that had thousands of downloads LOL. It was a 1 day of work. I couldn't afford me more, coz Im rly busy doing a lot of request (look my status bar), but, anyway, 1 day, it is not the big deal. Also Idont expect an amazing work, it is just a little re-edition of an old map...

    Maybe it can have glitches or something coz the fast work (gats?), if you find them, , go fix them ¬¬'' thats the deal by sharing things, the community has to improve the material, or do re-editions, so feel free to do whaterever you want with it, (edit it, improve it whatever) or use it for your server. If you make a fix for this, PM me to update the topic, and give you, your credits

    • Map with a lot of woods.
    • There are 3 big woods, that have a lot of leafs, manually added on their branchs. So they look very nice to me
    • Green lights, little ones. Just as decoration all across the spotlights of the map
    • I changed the texture on floor. And added another one
    • More forest style, instead of gloomy style.

    Thats all, hope you like it. This is not the free release I had in mind and im working indeed, so wait for that one in the upcoming days. I just though that a re-edition of my previous prontera map woulda be good, mainly because the people here, are seeking for a prontera editions rly often.

    Just transfering one of my free realeases, into this new forum.

    Read

    Map pack, includes:

    1 - the map obvious.

    2 - Soundtrack.

    3 - mp3nametable to read that soundtrack.

    4 - IMPORTANT viewpointtable to read the map camara angles view CORRECTLY.

    Just add all the files to your GRF and replace. Also Include the BGM in your patcher.

    You can do it manually though by:

    In viewpointtable.txt

    add:

    royal_room3.rsw#   570# 400# 500# 0#   30#  0#   -30# -60# -30#

    In mp3nametable.txt

    add:

    royal_room3.rsw#bgmroyal_room3.mp3#

    Now the map:

    Red dots --> red carpet, yeah the luxurious ones

    Blue dots --> chairs, or where people will be.

    So, this is about an "epic room" small indoor map, with royal style. (at least that is what I understood) ... with luxurious chairs, and well a nice stage.

    The purpose of this map is like a stage, or a condecoration room, or elite/important meetings, or something like that.
