    anyone knows what error is this? i already following the guide for the client but i always got this error when starting EDIT : I also got this error when i tried to login using the same account that previously stuck after creating a character

    i don't see that error yet ( probably since i haven't finished setting it up ), i'm still setting up the client. Will update here after i finished setting up & can actually play

    thank you for your response. I read the tutorial said that it work with mysql version 8.x so i tried using version 8.4.2 from the mysql download page. It said that it still have the plugin for the legacy authentication but it was disabled and since i don't know how to enable it, i can't make it work ( maybe others who has deeper understanding regarding this can explain / give pointers on how to enable it ). After trial & error, i found out that the latest version of mysql that still have the legacy authentication enabled is version 8.0.39. so for those who want to use newer version of mysql, use that version.

    Hi, just trying to get back to Ragnarok offline for the nostalgia. Which mysql server version should i use for this? i read that this should worked with mysql 8.x but i can't get it working while creating user ragnarok, there's no standard option on the authentication type

    Great tutorial, easy to understand... but i got this CTwitterDataMgr::CreateInstance() error everytime i launched the patched ragexe... does anyone had the same error? may i know which ragexe version did you use for your client? i'm using 2020-07-01cRagexe ah, i see... will try using other version then
