Now after the lastests commits My Admin Account setted to all_permission (at groups.conf) doest working fine. Ex: If i use @die, i cannot use @raise. I receive a Warning like "You can't use commands while sill death".

Im using 20130807 client and i cant use Special Characters like "Tést" or "Têste". If i do it, "Tést" become to "T?ste"
